Ground shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can take substantially longer. Remote addresses may require extra time.
The published windows overlap for this state. Priority Mail does not always mean an earlier delivery.
Planning ranges after carrier acceptance—not guaranteed arrival dates. Timing varies by destination ZIP, package, mailing day, weather, and holidays. Processing time is additional. A state appearing here does not confirm product availability for that destination.

What to expect
A guide to common tracking stages. Your actual order status appears in the tracker above.
Your confirmation is in your inbox. Keep the order number and use the email address from checkout to look it up.
A label can appear before the carrier receives the package. The first acceptance scan confirms it is in their hands.
Your package travels through the carrier’s network. Scans happen at checkpoints, so updates may not appear continuously.
Out for delivery means the local delivery route is underway. A delivered scan records where and when it was left.
We’re here to help
Something not adding up? Send us your order number and a short note so we can take a closer look.
Get order helpCheck your order confirmation email and copy the order number exactly as shown. Use the same email address you entered at checkout. You can also check your customer account.
The shipping label exists, but USPS has not yet recorded an acceptance scan. This can happen while the package is being prepared or waiting for its first scan. Transit estimates start after carrier acceptance.
There may be a gap between carrier checkpoints while a package is moving. Check the latest estimated delivery date and any service alerts. If that date has passed or the carrier shows an exception, contact us with your order number.
Check the delivery location in the carrier’s update, your mailbox or parcel locker, and with anyone who may have accepted it. If it is still missing, contact the carrier and our team so we can help review the next steps.
Priority Mail describes the carrier service, not the time needed to prepare your order. Processing is separate, and Priority Mail delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Double-check your order number and checkout email for typos. A newly placed or unfulfilled order may not have tracking available yet. Check your confirmation email or customer account, and contact us if you still need help.
